Work Packages

NuBau brings together expertise from across engineering, architecture, construction, research and industry to tackle the challenge of concrete reuse from every angle. The project is organised into ten interconnected work packages, taking the journey from research and design through to testing, remanufacturing, business models and real-world demonstration. Together, they provide a coordinated pathway for turning reclaimed concrete into safe, beautiful and valuable components for a more circular built environment.
